You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase products from NorCal Peptides.
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement and are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
NorCal Peptides reserves the right to request age, identity, business, institutional, research, or other verification before processing an order.

NorCal Peptides may refuse, suspend, or cancel any transaction or customer relationship if we reasonably believe that these representations are inaccurate or that a product may be used inconsistently with these Terms.
4. No Medical or Professional Advice
Nothing provided by NorCal Peptides constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, therapeutic, nutritional, veterinary, or other professional healthcare advice.
This includes information appearing in:
- product descriptions;
- research summaries;
- educational materials;
- scientific references;
- Certificates of Analysis;
- FAQs;
- blog content;
- emails;
- social-media content;
- customer-service communications; or
- other materials provided by NorCal Peptides.
NorCal Peptides does not provide individualized medical recommendations, prescribing advice, dosing instructions for human use, treatment recommendations, or directions concerning administration of research products to humans or animals.
Information provided on the Website is for general research and educational purposes only.
5. Regulatory Status of Products
Unless expressly and accurately stated otherwise, products offered by NorCal Peptides have not been approved or authorized by the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease or for human or veterinary administration.
NorCal Peptides does not represent that any product is:
- FDA approved;
- FDA authorized;
- FDA certified;
- approved as a prescription medication;
- approved as a compounded medication;
- approved as a dietary supplement;
- clinically proven for human use; or
- endorsed by any governmental authority.
References to research compounds, molecular pathways, investigational substances, scientific publications, mechanisms of action, or third-party studies are provided solely for research and educational purposes.
Such information should not be interpreted as a representation concerning the clinical safety, therapeutic efficacy, or appropriateness of any product for human or veterinary administration.
6. Product Information
NorCal Peptides makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, concentrations, quantities, lot information, research information, and testing information.
However, research materials may be subject to variability arising from manufacturing, analytical methods, storage, handling, transportation, environmental conditions, and other factors.
NorCal Peptides reserves the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing errors, inventory information, product images, technical information, and other Website content at any time without prior notice.
Product photographs and packaging displayed on the Website are illustrative and may differ from products actually delivered.
7. Certificates of Analysis and Laboratory Testing
Where available, NorCal Peptides may provide a Certificate of Analysis (“COA”) or third-party laboratory report associated with a particular product, sample, batch, or lot.
A COA applies only to the particular material or sample identified in the applicable report.
A reported purity percentage or analytical result does NOT, by itself, establish:
- sterility;
- endotoxin levels;
- absence of pyrogens;
- microbiological safety;
- absence of pathogens;
- absence of every possible impurity or contaminant;
- suitability for injection;
- suitability for ingestion;
- suitability for human use;
- suitability for veterinary use;
- clinical safety;
- therapeutic efficacy; or
- fitness for a particular purpose.
Those characteristics should not be assumed unless the specific testing required to establish them is expressly identified in the applicable laboratory report.
Third-party testing and COAs do not constitute FDA approval, FDA certification, governmental authorization, or permission for human or veterinary administration.
Purchasers remain responsible for determining whether the available testing and specifications are appropriate for their lawful research application.
8. Storage and Handling
Purchasers are responsible for maintaining appropriate laboratory handling, environmental controls, storage conditions, security measures, and chain-of-custody procedures following delivery.
Any storage information supplied by NorCal Peptides is provided exclusively to assist with preservation of research-material integrity. Storage information is not intended as an instruction concerning human or veterinary administration.
NorCal Peptides is not responsible for degradation, contamination, alteration, damage, or loss arising after delivery from:
- improper storage;
- incorrect handling;
- contamination;
- transfer between containers;
- temperature exposure;
- puncturing;
- opening;
- reconstitution;
- improper laboratory technique; or
- use inconsistent with product specifications.
9. Orders
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by NorCal Peptides.
NorCal Peptides reserves the right, in its discretion, to:
- accept or reject an order;
- request additional information;
- verify purchaser eligibility;
- limit purchase quantities;
- restrict sales of particular products;
- cancel suspected fraudulent orders;
- cancel orders presenting compliance or regulatory concerns;
- refuse shipment to certain jurisdictions; or
- refuse service to any purchaser.
If NorCal Peptides cancels an order after payment but prior to shipment, the amount collected for the cancelled items will generally be refunded to the original payment method.
10. Pricing
All prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, inventory availability, shipping costs, and other commercial terms may change without prior notice.
NorCal Peptides is not obligated to honor an obvious pricing or typographical error. If an incorrect price is discovered after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
11. Payment
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with an order.
You agree not to:
- use stolen payment credentials;
- use an unauthorized payment account;
- intentionally provide false billing information;
- engage in payment fraud;
- circumvent fraud controls; or
- improperly dispute legitimate transactions.
Transactions may be reviewed by NorCal Peptides and its payment service providers for fraud prevention, compliance, risk management, and authorization purposes.
12. Shipping
Shipping is governed by the separate Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy published on this Website.
Processing dates, shipment dates, delivery dates, and carrier estimates are not guaranteed.
NorCal Peptides is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, security events, or other force-majeure events.
13. Returns
Due to chain-of-custody, contamination, handling, storage, and product-integrity considerations, research products generally cannot be returned after delivery.
Returns, refunds, credits, and replacements are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You may not use this Website or products purchased from NorCal Peptides:
- for human consumption;

- in violation of applicable law;
- for fraudulent purposes;
- to make deceptive regulatory representations;
- to falsely claim governmental approval;

18. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, including its branding, text, graphics, page layouts, logos, photographs, illustrations, product presentation, design elements, and original written materials are owned by or licensed to NorCal BioWorks LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative commercial materials without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE, WEBSITE CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
NORCAL BIOWORKS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
NORCAL BIOWORKS LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT ANY PRODUCT IS SAFE, EFFECTIVE, OR SUITABLE FOR HUMAN OR VETERINARY USE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NorCal BioWorks LLC, NorCal Peptides, and their members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

NorCal Peptides does not authorize the administration of its products to humans or animals under any circumstances.
Research Materials
Products should be handled only by persons possessing sufficient knowledge, facilities, training, and equipment to safely work with laboratory research materials.
Purchasers are responsible for independently determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended lawful research application.
No Representation of Clinical Safety or Efficacy
NorCal Peptides makes no representation or warranty regarding human safety, veterinary safety, clinical effectiveness, therapeutic benefit, dosage, administration, medical utility, or suitability for treatment.
The sale of a product by NorCal Peptides should not be interpreted as a representation that the product is suitable or approved for human or animal administration.
Scientific Information
References to research studies, molecular targets, biological mechanisms, investigational compounds, published literature, laboratory findings, or scientific terminology are provided exclusively for research and educational purposes.
Such information does not constitute a recommendation to administer a product to a human or animal.
Purchaser Certification
By purchasing from NorCal Peptides, each purchaser certifies that:
- the purchaser is 21 years of age or older;
- products will be used solely for lawful research;
- products will not be administered to a human or animal;
- the purchaser understands appropriate laboratory handling practices;
- the purchaser will comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- products will not be marketed or represented as approved medications, therapeutic products, dietary supplements, or consumer healthcare products; and
- products will not be provided to another individual for prohibited use.
Refusal of Service
NorCal Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit transactions when there is reason to believe a product may be purchased for human use, veterinary use, self-experimentation, unlawful resale, fraudulent activity, or any purpose inconsistent with this Policy.
Violation of this Policy may result in permanent termination of purchasing privileges.
Certificate of Analysis & Testing Policy
NorCal Peptides may make Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) or third-party laboratory reports available for certain products.
COAs are supplied solely as analytical information applicable to the specific sample, lot, or batch identified in the applicable report.
Purity
Where a report provides an analytical purity percentage, that percentage relates only to the testing methodology and sample identified in the report.
A purity result does NOT establish:
- sterility;
- absence of endotoxins;
- absence of pyrogens;
- absence of microbial contamination;
- absence of all contaminants;
- suitability for injection;
- suitability for ingestion;
- human safety;
- veterinary safety;
- clinical safety;
- therapeutic effectiveness; or
- FDA approval.
Test-Specific Results
A characteristic should be considered tested only when the applicable laboratory report expressly identifies the test and corresponding result.
Purchasers should not infer untested characteristics from analytical purity testing.
Third-Party Laboratories
Where testing is performed by an independent third-party laboratory, NorCal Peptides may provide the report for informational purposes.
Third-party testing does not constitute approval or endorsement by the FDA or any other governmental authority.
Customer Responsibility
Purchasers are responsible for determining what analytical tests, specifications, controls, and validation procedures are appropriate for their intended lawful research.
Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy
Order Processing
NorCal Peptides seeks to process eligible orders promptly. Processing times displayed on the Website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed for payment verification, compliance review, inventory availability, weather, holidays, carrier disruption, regulatory considerations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order.
NorCal Peptides is not responsible for delivery failure resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the purchaser.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, shipment tracking information may be provided after the order has been processed. Carrier tracking estimates are supplied by the carrier and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Temperature Management
Products are packaged for secure transit. Researchers requiring specific environmental or storage conditions are responsible for determining whether material received remains suitable for their particular research protocol.
Delivery
A package recorded by the applicable carrier as delivered to the shipping address supplied by the purchaser will generally be considered delivered. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages following delivery.
Except where required by law, NorCal Peptides is not responsible for:
- theft following delivery;
- loss following confirmed delivery;
- prolonged exposure after delivery;
- packages left unattended;
- incorrect addresses supplied by customers; or
- conditions arising after delivery.
Lost Shipments
If tracking information indicates that a shipment has not been delivered within a reasonable period, contact customer support. NorCal Peptides may assist in opening a carrier inquiry when appropriate. Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined based on the individual circumstances.

If a materially damaged shipment or an incorrect product is received, contact NorCal Peptides within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- the order number;
- photographs of the shipping package;
- photographs of the affected product;
- product name;
- lot or batch number, if applicable; and
- a description of the problem.
Please retain the product and original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
NorCal Peptides may provide, as appropriate, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Returns
Because laboratory research products may be affected by chain of custody, storage conditions, temperature, contamination, opening, puncturing, handling, and environmental exposure, products generally cannot be returned and placed back into inventory.
Accordingly, all sales are final after delivery, except where NorCal Peptides expressly authorizes a return, refund, replacement, or credit.
Non-Returnable Products
Products are not eligible for return once they have been opened, punctured, reconstituted, transferred, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, or otherwise handled after delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The timing of a refund after issuance may depend on the purchaser’s financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by NorCal Peptides or applicable law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact NorCal Peptides regarding an order concern before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section prevents a purchaser from exercising lawful rights available under applicable payment-network rules or consumer-protection laws.
